DON - short for donburi - along with ramens, noodles, baos, soups and sushi rolls are at the core of our menu; where contemporary Asian cuisine is being introduced in a perfectly no fuss dining experience.
With an open-kitchen set up, our humble Asian eatery focuses on simple and original food that highlights the use of fresh quality ingredients at affordable prices.
The food is prepared carefully using seasonal ingredients and flavors, where a great deal of thought & taste goes into every item. All is served in a fast & friendly manner based on an "eat-in" or "grab&go" experience.

Don is a free spirit, where country borders are non-existent. He descends from a family of fish mongers, where his father is known for his freshest catches while his mother's secret broth recipe is of royal status.

After traveling through Asia, learning from the masters of Asian cuisines and home cooks, Don was set on to opening his first restaurant where dishes are prepared with seasonal prime ingredients at affordable prices for every social class to share and enjoy.
